St Honore Toffee

A special decadent layered caked with pastry and custard layers, wrapped in roasted slivered almonds and topped with custard filled, toffee dipped profiteroles, cream and chocolate shavings.

This must be consumed on the same day as ordered to ensure toffee is at its best.
